What is Local Government and Administration Law?

We have been involved in procurement/ tenders, representing private clients’ and Municipalities in review applications and opposing such applications instituted in terms of Promotion of Administration of justice Act 3 of 2000 against clients by losing bidders. We successfully assisted clients in requesting information in terms of the Promotion of access to Information Act 6 of 2000. We provided various opinions on matter related to the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
