What is General Litigation and Dispute Resolution?

We assist with instituting and defending Civil and commercial litigation at Magistrates’ Court, High Court and the SCA, including arbitrations before the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa “AFSA” as well as litigating in the High Court and the Labour Court. We also defend matters at the National Consumer Commission and Tribunals on behalf of clients.

We have initiated and/or defended arbitration/ litigation proceedings on behalf of a number of our clients, including ATNS, BANKSETA, South African Civil Aviation Authority, CSOS and many other state-owned companies.
